More than ten people are feared dead in an accident involving a Cargo truck, a saloon car and a mini Kia truck on the Asokore-Mampong road in the Ashanti region,StarrFMonline.com can report.
The Cargo truck according to an eyewitness fell on the two stationary cars in an attempt to negotiate a curve, trapping the passengers on board.
According to an eyewitness Osman Bukari who confirmed the incident toStarrFMonline.com, Thursday evening , the “trapped passengers could still be heard crying for help”.
He added: “We still can’t find a towing-car to move the cargo truck from the other cars”.
The various emergency services, including the Police and fire service are already at the scene helping to salvage the situation.
